SYTA is pleased to hold the Tour Operator Forum at The Westin New York at Times Square.  Below are details about the resort including rates and reservation link.  We have also included the link for the hotel’s current health and safety guidelines for in-person meetings.

Single/Double Room $149.00*
*plus applicable taxes, currently 14.75%, subject to change and $3.50 per room/night

Included in the rate is complimentary access to fitness center and standard high speed internet.

Hotel Destination Fee Waived
Please note that as of June 2019, the Westin New York Time Square added a $30 per night Destination Fee to all guest room bookings. SYTA has negotiated this fee and the Westin has waived the fee for the Tour Operator Forum.

The Destination Fee will appear while booking online reservations. The hotel assures SYTA that your final invoice will NOT reflect the $30 Destination Fee charge when you check out of the hotel following your stay. SYTA’s rate remains as stated above.

Reservations can be made online or by phone.

Reservations must be made by January 7, 2022 to qualify for the discounted group rate. After that date, group rate is based on availability.

Group rates are available three days before and three days after the conference, based upon availability.

Reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival date to cancel without charge.

Please Note: SYTA is NOT responsible or liable for reimbursement of any hotel expenses incurred as a result of individual or group cancellations or cancellation of the Forum by SYTA, regardless of the reason for the cancelation.

NYC: COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT (as of November 30, 2021)

The executive order issued by the mayor regarding vaccination requirements in New York City states that all customers, employees and vendors are required to provide proof of vaccination to be allowed entry into fitness center, indoor dining at restaurants, bars, catering/event facilities and any other indoor sit-down dining located in New York city district limits.

Proof of vaccination (with a valid form of identification) means proof of receipt of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use or licensed for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization. Such proof may be established by:
• A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or an official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered or a digital or physical photo of such a card or record, reflecting the person’s name, vaccine brand, and date administered; or
• A New York City COVID Safe Pass (available to download on Apple and Android smartphone devices)
• A New York State Excelsior Pass.
