Buyer and Seller appointment-takers have the opportunity to request appointments through the appointment portal. SYTA requests that Tour Operator members take a minimum of one book of appointments.

Appointment Portal – Now open for requests

The online SYTA Appointment Portal is open for profile creation, research and appointment requests. All appointment-taking attendees should have received an email with Login ID and password information. To access the appointment portal, click here.

Seller Profile Sales Sheets

Buyers: You can now view the Seller Profile Sales Sheets through the appointment portal when making appointment requests.
Sellers: You can now upload your Profile Sales Sheet through the appointment portal. Your profile sheet is visible to buyers only.

Business Session Hours

SYTA’s Business Sessions offer 10-minute pre-scheduled appointments, where Buyers and Sellers obtain information and create business relationships. We have built in 2-minute breaks between each appointment.

Buyers may have up to 10 pre-scheduled appointments per session or up to 60 total appointments throughout the three days.
