If you need assistance adding Broadway to your registration\, please email registration@syta.org. \nAll other inquiries should be emailed to SYTABroadwayNight@gmail.com. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n When do I have to sign up by? \n \n \n \n \n \n Friday\, July 19\, 2024 by 5:00pm EDT is the last day to add the Broadway evening to your registration. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I select what show I want to see? \n \n \n \n \n \n In mid-July an email will go out to all registrants announcing what shows are available. Since quantities will be limited\, we will require each registrant to select their first\, second\, and third choice shows. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n When will I know which show I am seeing? \n \n \n \n \n \n Show confirmations will be sent on a rolling basis beginning the week of July 22\, 2024. Registrants will receive their show selections prior to the Conference.The SYTA staff do not have any information regarding your show confirmation. Please contact SYTABroadwayNight@gmail.com. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I change what show I am seeing? \n \n \n \n \n \n Depending on availability\, we might be able to accommodate switches. Instructions for how to switch will be sent with show confirmations. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I request who I attend and sit with? \n \n \n \n \n \n When we send out show selection surveys\, we will include a field to make any requests about who you attend or sit with. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all requests\, so please be comfortable attending a show by yourself. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I bring a guest? \n \n \n \n \n \n All Broadway evening attendees must be a registered attendee of 2024 SYTA  and have added the Broadway night to their registration prior to July 19\, 2024. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I purchase additional tickets? \n \n \n \n \n \n Not through SYTA.  Additional tickets can be purchased from each show’s official website. We cannot guarantee there will be available tickets around you\, and you will not be able to switch your complimentary ticket to be near available seats. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Where do I pick up my tickets? \n \n \n \n \n \n Tickets will be available for pick up at SYTA Registration in the Sheraton Lobby on Thursday\, August 8 from 9am – 4pm. Starting at 4:30pm the remaining tickets may be picked up in the Dave and Buster’ sTimes Square Lobby. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Do I need to be registered for the Meet and Greet to pick up my Broadway Tickets? \n \n \n \n \n \n No. You do not need to be registered for the optional networking event to pick up your tickets from the sign-in table at Dave and Buster’s. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n When should I arrive at the theatre? \n \n \n \n \n \n After picking up your ticket at SYTA Registration or Dave and Buster’s\, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Show times will vary\, so please refer to your confirmation email and ticket for when your show starts. You will not be able to pick up your ticket at the show’s Box Office. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What if I need to cancel? \n \n \n \n \n \n Please contact SYTABroadwayNight@gmail.com as soon as you know you need to cancel. We kindly ask that you do everything to not cancel unless it is an emergency. Each show offering tickets has recognized the importance of having SYTA members in their audiences\, and has taken these tickets off-sale to accommodate attendees. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I give my ticket to a friend or relative? \n \n \n \n \n \n These tickets are non transferable and intended solely for SYTA Conference registrants. Each show offering tickets has recognized the importance of having SYTA members in their audiences\, and has taken these tickets off-sale to accommodate attendees. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Can I get a refund for the $50.00 registration fee? \n \n \n \n \n \n If you paid the fee for the Networking Event when you registered for the conference\, SYTA will provide you with a $50.00 debit card that you will receive at registration. If you prefer a refund\, please email registration@syta.org and request the refund for the evening on Broadway. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Is transportation provided to an from Dave and Buster’s or the shows? \n \n \n \n \n \n There is no transportation provided for the evening on Broadway.
