HOUSING POLICIES\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

SYTA requests that you stay at one of the 2026 SYTA Annual Conference host hotels as SYTA takes a financial risk when securing rooms for the conference. Registrants reserving rooms at other hotels increase this risk, which could result in fewer available rooms and higher room and registration rates in the future.\u00a0 Attendees who stay outside the block will be charged an additional\u00a0<\/span>$200.00<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>after the conference. \u00a0<\/div>\n

Registration is not required to reserve a room, but SYTA will be checking hotel reservation lists against registered attendees. Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

All hotel reservations for the 2026 SYTA Annual Conference require a credit card to reserve a room, and this credit card may be charged for a deposit equal to a one-night room and tax three weeks
