REGISTRATION CATEGORIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Active Members: Tour operators, travel agencies, and group travel planners \u2013 register as a Tour Operator.<\/p>\n

Associate Members: Suppliers of products, services, and destinations \u2013 register as a Sponsor.<\/p>\n

International Affiliate Members should register under their member category of tour operator or Sponsor.<\/p>\n

Allied Members who would like to attend Summit, register as an Allied Member<\/p>\n

Non-Industry Guests attend as the guest of a Summit attendee and would not qualify for one of the other member types. Summit attendees must be registered for Summit prior to registering their guests. Guests must be 21 years or older. Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All registration payments must be paid in full by November 21,\u00a0 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Exceptions to this payment date must be received in writing prior to November 21, 2025. Submit all requests to SYTA via email at registration@syta.org<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by November 27th, 2025. Please see the following schedule for cancellations, refunds, and substitutions. Submit all requests to SYTA via email at registration@syta.org<\/a><\/p>\n

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the Summit start date and no later than January 9th, 2026. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Please submit a written request via email to registration@syta.org<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
