HOTEL<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa is the host hotel for SYTA Summit 2027. Located in the heart of Waik\u012bk\u012b just steps from Waikiki Beach, the resort offers ocean-view accommodations, a full-service spa, dining options, and convenient access to shopping and local attractions.<\/p>\n

All daytime meetings and meals will take place at the hotel, providing a seamless on-site experience for attendees.<\/p>\n

Summit registration includes three (3) nights of accommodations (January 19\u201322, 2027)<\/strong>. A discounted group rate is available for up to three (3) nights before and after the event<\/strong> (see \u201cExtending Your Stay\u201d for details).<\/p>\n

Hotel Reservations & Policies<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All hotel reservations will be managed by SYTA. Please do not contact the hotel directly unless cancelling within 72 hours of arrival.<\/p>\n

During registration, attendees will select arrival\/departure dates. These are separate selections and can be updated until December 4, 2026.<\/p>\n

Single registrants will be assigned a queen room unless otherwise requested. Double occupancy requests will be accommodated based on availability. Special requests can be sent to registration@syta.org.<\/p>\n

If you are bringing a non-industry guest, select a single room and email registration@syta.org<\/a>. A separate invoice of $1,000.00 will be issued. Double occupancy selections cannot be split into separate invoices after registration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Extending Your Stay<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Attendees may extend their stay up to three (3) nights before and after the event at SYTA\u2019s discounted group rates, subject to availability. The discounted booking windows are January 16\u201318 (pre-event) and January 22\u201324 (post-event).<\/span><\/p>\n

All extension requests must be submitted to SYTA during registration using the Special Requests section when completing the hotel information, or by emailing\u00a0<\/span>registration@syta.org<\/a>. Requests cannot be made directly with the hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Extend or Update Your Reservation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During registration, please include your arrival and departure dates in the Hotel \u2013 Special Request section.<\/p>\n

Room upgrades selected during registration will apply to any extended nights.<\/p>\n
