Airport Transfers
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville operates a complimentary airport shuttle on a daily basis from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please call the hotel directly at 1-256-539-7373 for more information.

Transportation from Birmingham to Huntsville
Transportation will be provided from Birmingham to Embassy Suites Huntsville. Transportation will depart from the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) Transportation Lobby at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 8, 2019.

Transportation from Huntsville Birmingham
Transportation will be provided from Huntsville to Birmingham on Friday, August 9, 2019:

9:00 am for those not participating in Friday events
2:30 pm for golfers and sightseeing participants

Attire

The SYF Blastoff attire is business casual. The Countdown Reception is indoors with tours of the Botanical Gardens. The Blastoff is an Octoberfest inside the US Space and Rocket Center and may be cool. The average Huntsville temperature in August ranges from a high of 91 to a low of 71. Pack a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
