THE SOURCE FOR ALL THINGS STUDENT AND YOUTH TRAVEL
SYTA is now 25 years old. We have grown from a small group of passionate and dedicated student tour operators and suppliers into an established authority and advocate for the international student travel industry. A key element of our Mission is to instill confidence in our travelers by establishing quality and safety standards for travel providers, and we empower our members through advocacy, education, training and networking.
As SYTA has grown, we have developed four additional distinct brands to widen our circle of service and influence in the student travel industry worldwide. The SYTA Youth Foundation (SYF) was created to serve as our philanthropic body. Teach & Travel began as a magazine to inform educators about our services and has now grown to a community of, and a resource for more than 90,000 teachers and administrators who travel. SYTA Student Travel Research started with one survey in 2014 and now measures domestic and international industry growth on an annual basis. Center for Student Travel Safety has become central to our association’s Commitment to a Culture of Safety by establishing global standards and resources for student travel health and safety.
