If you are a tour operator, travel agency or group travel planner who is not a current member of SYTA but would like to attend the Summit, please contact us at membership@syta.org.
REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
Active Members: Tour operators, travel agencies, and group travel planners – register as a Tour Operator.
Associate Members: Suppliers of products, services, and destinations – register as a Sponsor.
International Affiliate Members should register under their member category of tour operator or supplier.
Allied Members who would like to attend Summit, register as an Allied Member
Non-Industry Guests attend as the guest of a Summit attendee and would not qualify for one of the other member types. Summit attendees must be registered for Summit prior to registering their guests. Guests must be 21 years or older. Day and event passes are not available for the Summit.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration fees and pricing for Tour Operators and Sponsors are available on the website under Registration. Select your category to see this information.
When you register for the Summit, you will need your individual member id and password or company id and password. This is the same information members use to log into the membership portal and to register for the Annual Conference. Please contact membership@syta.org to if you are unable to access your member id and password.
Attendees have the option to pay by credit card, check, ach or wire. Select pay by invoice if you are paying by credit card, check, ach or wire. The payment information will be in the confirmation email you receive after registration.
All registration payments must be paid in full by November 14, 2024. Exceptions to this payment date must be received in writing prior to November 14, 2024. Submit all requests to SYTA via email at registration@syta.org.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by November 27, 2024.

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the Summit start date, and no later than January 9, 2025. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Please submit a written request via email to registration@syta.org.
Registered attendees can add additional hotel room nights, tours or guests to their registration through the Attendee Hub. They can also access their profile, add their travel information, photo and logo through the Attendee Hub.
Registered attendees must contact registration@syta.org to remove additional hotel room nights, cancel or change their registration type, substitute guests, or request any type of refund.
Attendee Hub is the portal where Summit attendees can view their registration, tours, and profile. They can also see the Summit attendee directory and information.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/REFUND/SUBSTITUTION/CHANGES SCHEDULE
Prior Sponsor Registration – Register by October 15, 2024 to guarantee your sponsorship
Full Payment Due Per Person/Sponsorship – November 14, 2024 (Full payment or email to registration with reason why payment may not be received by this date)
$200.00 Cancellation Fee Per Person/Sponsorship – November 27, 2024 (Cancellations received by registration)
50% Cancellation Fee Per Person/Sponsorship – December 12, 2024 (Cancellations received by this date)
No refunds for cancellations received after December 19, 2024
Additions and/or changes to hotel rooms and tours must be received by December 19, 2024.
Attendee substitutions accepted up until January 9, 2025
SYTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any hotel expenses incurred because of individual or group cancellations or cancellation of the Summit by SYTA.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
By registering for and/or attending SYTA Summit, attendees understand and agree that they may be photographed, filmed or videotaped and hereby give SYTA and those acting with its permission to take pictures and/or recordings of such attendees, and grant the perpetual right to use their name, voice, photograph, portrait, likeness, and biographical information (collectively, “Likeness”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any media now known or hereafter devised and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any lawful use without limitation or reservation.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
The SYTA Code of Conduct establishes minimum expectations of behavior for individuals attending SYTA -sponsored events such that all participants may feel safe and are treated with respect. The Code is strictly enforced.
