Food On Foot Events, Sports, Tasting & Tours will be hosting two tours of their Food For Fans Sports Tours for SYTA members to both Yankee Stadium & CitiField. Join us for the LA Angels at NY Yankees game on August 7 and/or the Oakland A’s at New York Mets game on August 13. Tours will leave from the SYTA hotel by subway and include pre-game tours and other amenities. The tour in the Bronx (Yankees) is expected to include a history walk in the neighborhood including the site of the original stadium (step where Babe Ruth did) and visits to Monument Park, the Yankees Museum and a stadium walk-through. The tour in Queens (Mets) is expected to include a walk-through of world-famous Flushing Meadow-Corona Park, home to the fabulous Unisphere from the 1964-65 World’s Fair and the National Tennis Center (US Open) and the famous Home Run Apple & Tom Seaver Statue with a stadium walk-through and visit to the Mets Museum.
