Roni Weiss of Travel Unity, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that has curated DEI standards for Travel & Tourism, and Harry Alvarez of Offbeat Travel will facilitate a workshop where participants will be invited to create their own roadmap for applied DEI, including how to appeal to travelers of all backgrounds and identities, diversify your workforce, and improve relationships with local communities.
