Your Summit Registration Includes:

  • Three hotel nights (February 7-10) at The Broadmoor
    (option to add additional nights pre- and/or post- at $280 per night inclusive)
  • All Hotel Taxes & Resort Fees
  • Complimentary High Speed Internet Access
  • Access to hotel pools and fitness center
  • Check-In Time 4PM / Check-Out Time 12PM

Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt or invoice.

Sponsor: 1st Room* $4,700 single occupancy

Sponsor: 2nd Room*

$3,595 double occupancy

*No more than TWO (2) employees from sponsoring company may attend.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due by Friday, November 2, 2018. All cancellations are subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after this time however, substitutions without penalty are welcome. SYTA regrets refunds will not be given for no-shows under any circumstances. To be considered for a refund prior to November 2, 2018 or for any substitutions, requests must be submitted in writing via email [email protected].
