Sponsors have the option to reserve up to two rooms with their registration. The double occupancy rate is for two individuals from the same company.
If attendees would like to share a room with a non-industry guest (individual that does not qualify as a tour operator or sponsor), they need to select a single room and email registration@syta.org with their guest’s contact information.
They will receive a separate invoice for $1000.00 for their guest to attend SYTA Summit. Event and day passes are not available. Non-industry guests must be 21 years or older to attend.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
When you register for the Summit, you will need your individual member id and password or company id and password. This is the same information members use to log into the membership portal and to register for the Annual Conference. Please contact membership@syta.org if you are unable to access your member id and password.
Attendees have the option to pay by credit card, check, ACH or wire. Select pay by invoice if you are paying by credit card, check, ACH or wire. The payment information will be in the confirmation email you receive after registration.
All registration payments must be paid in full by November 21, 2025. Exceptions to this payment date must be received in writing prior to November 21, 2025. Submit all requests to SYTA via email at registration@syta.org.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by November 27, 2025.

Registered attendees can add additional hotel room nights, tours or guests to their registration through the Attendee Hub. They can also access their profile, add their travel information, photo and logo through the Attendee Hub.
Registered attendees must contact registration@syta.org to remove additional hotel room nights, cancel or change their registration type, substitute guests, or request any type of refund.
Attendee Hub is the portal where Summit attendees can view their registration, tours, and profile. They can also see the Summit attendee directory and information.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTIONS
All registration payments must be paid in full by November 21, 2025.

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the Summit start date and no later than January 9th, 2026. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Please submit a written request via email to registration@syta.org.

- Full Payment Due Per Person/Sponsorship | November 21, 2025 (Full payment received by this date)
- $200.00 Cancellation Fee Per Person/Sponsorship | November 27, 2025 (Cancellations received by this date)
- 50% Cancellation Fee Per Person/Sponsorship | December 12, 2025 (Cancellations received by this date)
- Additions and/or changes to hotel rooms and tours must be received by December 19, 2025.
- Attendee substitutions accepted | Up until January 9, 2026.
SYTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any hotel expenses incurred because of individual or group cancellations or cancellation of the Summit by SYTA.
Sponsorship
Summit sponsorship is limited to a designated number of sponsors. The previous year’s Summit sponsors and SYTA Strategic Partners receive the first right of refusal. Please contact Deb Borgwardt at dborgwardt@syta.org if you are interested in becoming a SYTA Summit sponsor.
