SAVANNAH CONVENTION CENTER
The Savannah Convention Center is the home of the 2025 SYTA Annual Conference. This unique and memorable venue sits on the Savannah River and features prime convention and meeting space. Located on Hutchinson Island, the Savannah Convention Center has complimentary access via the Savannah Belles Water Ferry to the world-renowned historic district. The Savannah Convention Center is adjacent to the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. The historic district includes the Savannah Marriott Riverfront, Hilton Garden Inn Savannah and the Doubletree by Hilton.

As a convenience for the 2025 SYTA Annual Conference attendees, hotel reservations will be made through PASSKEY, the official housing vendor for the Savannah Convention Center. We will publish this housing link on February 28 so you can book your room at the negotiated discounted rates.

HOUSING POLICY
SYTA requests that you stay at one of the 2025 SYTA Annual Conference host hotels as SYTA takes a financial risk when securing rooms for the conference. Registrants reserving rooms at other hotels increase this risk, which could result in fewer available rooms and higher room and registration rates in the future. Attendees who stay outside the block will be charged an additional $500.00 after the conference.
If your company has a formal travel policy regarding hotels, please email this information to registration@syta.org. Savannah locals that prefer to commute to our events are exempt from this policy.
