The 2027 Annual Conference in beautiful Ottawa, Ontario, will be just as affordable as it is inspiring — with discounted room blocks, reasonable average flight costs, and registration rates that have stayed consistent year over year.

Room Rates
Our three official host hotels, located steps from the Rogers Centre Ottawa, are confirmed and ready for our attendees! While we are cannot disclose which properties just yet, we want to share the pricing details so you can start budgeting for your trip to Canada. Standard room rates will range from $170 to $220 USD per night, with deluxe rooms and premium suites also available at higher rates. The official housing portal opens in early December 2026, so stay tuned for booking links and more information coming very soon!

Thank you so much for your help! I truly appreciate your guidance in making this trip possible. I’m especially grateful for the SYTA event in Winnipeg, which gave me the confidence to manage a trip here.
We all have been through so much and coming together is going to be a big step in the path of healing. Seeing and re-establishing those partnerships after incurring such a challenging situation for (most likely) more than a year will be important professionally and emotionally. There will be many new faces, and it’s important to welcome them and start building those partnerships as we step forward, out of the aftermath of COVID-19. Coming together as an industry will bring healing, restoration, and hope, in addition to the business appointments and incredible educational sessions.
My expectations for the SYTA conference are always high. The week in Winnipeg out performed those expectations. We found ourselves meeting with people in every corner of the trade floor as well as events. This may have been my most productive show ever.
We have to make our own business opportunities at a trade show. The meetings are important for sure, but we have to make every minute count. This year, SYTA provided many more options than simply the trade floor face to face. I have never been so busy meeting with tour operators. Thanks SYTA, see you next year.
