NYC Council Committee on Environmental Protection and Waterfronts Hearing – Idling Enforcement Changes

ABA will participate in a New York City Council Committee on Environmental Protection and Waterfronts hearing on proposed changes to the city’s idling enforcement laws that could significantly increase costs and compliance challenges for motorcoach operators serving New York City.
ABA is also encouraging motorcoach operators, tour companies, and industry partners to submit testimony and share firsthand examples of how current and proposed idling enforcement policies affect operations, costs, and service to New York City.
