Lisa Curtin’s has 20+ years of experience in the tourism industry, holding senior management roles in operations and sales. Lisa changed the course of her career in 2016, joining Caldwell CPAs as Chief Operations Officer. In her tenure at Caldwell CPAs, Lisa has brought her knowledge of tourism along with the Firm’s knowledge of taxation and combined the two to serve the tourism industry. Lisa consults to the tourism industry, is a contributing writer for Premier Travel Media, has presented at past SYTA Conferences and Summits, and other tourism industry conferences, has served on SYTA committees and is a SYF Wingman.
Heather Davis
Workplace Consultant
Heather is a board certified art therapist and licensed mental health counselor based out of Indianapolis. In addition to her small private practice and teaching at IUPUI, she has enjoyed returning to the world of music by serving as the Workplace Culture Consultant for Music Travel Consultants and Educational Destinations. In this role, she is leveraging her years of mental health and leadership expertise to support MTC’s vision of bringing mental health awareness and work/life balance into both the workplace and student travel.

Tim Davis has been arranging and producing vocalists on film, television, and artist recordings for countless projects for the past 28 years. An accomplished singer himself, Tim has sung on countless projects and still performs with artists like Idina Menzel, Barbra Streisand, and more. Serving 6 seasons asa vocal arranger on Fox’s hit series Glee, Tim’s collaborations as a music producer,singer, and vocal arranger span the breadth of the entertainment industry.

Dr. Cimone Wright-Hamor is an engaging communicator and a leading expert in helping students prepare for life after high school. She has spent the last decade working at various public and private organizations, including Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, state government, national laboratories, and acquired startups such as Smart-Ag. She founded Hey Cimone! to help students confidently navigate college and become indispensable employees.
Cimone obtained her Ph.D. in computer engineering from Iowa State University in 2022,
becoming the first black woman to do so at Iowa State University. Additionally, she holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University.
