Tour operators have the option to reserve up to two rooms with their registration. The double occupancy rate is for two individuals from the same company.
If attendees would like to share a room with a non-industry guest (individual that does not qualify as a tour operator or sponsor), they need to select a single room and email registration@syta.org with their guest’s contact information.
They will receive a separate invoice for $1000.00 for their guest to attend SYTA Summit. Event and day passes are not available. Non-industry guests must be 21 years or older to attend.

SUMMIT 2027 HOTEL INFORMATION
Complimentary Nights:
Your Summit 2027 registration includes three (3) complimentary nights at the Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, covering January 19–21, 2027.
Extending Your Stay:
If you would like to extend your stay before or after the event, SYTA’s discounted room rate is available for up to three (3) nights pre- (January 16–18) and post-event (January 22–24), subject to availability. Additional nights, taxes, fees, and incidentals are the responsibility of the attendee and are paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
When you register for the Summit, you will need your individual member id and password or company id and password. This is the same information members use to log into the membership portal and to register for the Annual Conference. Please contact membership@syta.org if you are unable to access your member id and password.
Attendees have the option to pay by credit card, check, ach or wire. Select pay by invoice if you are paying by credit card, check, ach or wire. The payment information will be in the confirmation email you receive after registration.
All registration payments must be paid in full by November 13, 2026. Exceptions to this payment date must be received in writing prior to November 6, 2026. Submit all requests to SYTA via email at registration@syta.org.

Registered attendees can add additional hotel room nights, tours or guests to their registration through the Attendee Hub. They can also access their profile, add their travel information, photo and logo through the Attendee Hub.
Registered attendees must contact registration@syta.org to remove additional hotel room nights, cancel or change their registration type, substitute guests, or request any type of refund.
Attendee Hub is the portal where Summit attendees can view their registration, tours, and profile. They can also see the Summit attendee directory and information.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the Summit start date and no later than January 4, 2027. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
