The SYTA Turnkey Booth Experience

The SYTA Annual Conference offers a professional, turnkey exhibit experience designed to maximize your brand’s impact while simplifying your logistics. Unlike traditional trade shows that require you to manage shipping and labor for booth assembly, nearly every booth in our Marketplace is a fully produced, ready-to-go solution.

Our official decorator, CSI Worldwide, constructs these high-end, hard-wall structures in-house to ensure a uniform and vibrant atmosphere across the floor. You simply provide high-resolution graphics, and our team handles the production and installation, allowing you to focus entirely on your appointments and networking the moment you arrive.

Booth Options & Investment

Choose the footprint that best fits your goals for the 2026 conference:

• Regular Booth ($4,700): A standard turnkey exhibit space constructed with full-color custom graphics.
• Premium Booth ($6,700): An enhanced exhibit space featuring a larger footprint or upgraded positioning on the floor.
• Strategic Partner Discount (-$700): Strategic partners receive a $700 discount on either booth style.

Every Turnkey Package Includes:

• Custom Branding: A branded backwall with high-impact graphics and a branded, lockable counter.
• Furniture: Seating (two stools with backs) and a wastebasket.
• Connectivity: Standard conference Wi-Fi.

Availability & Placement

To ensure the best possible experience for our members, booth assignments are managed at the sole discretion of SYTA. Priority access is given to conference sponsors, ensuring their organizations are positioned at the heart of the Marketplace. Space for all other requests is allocated based on remaining availability, and a waitlist will be established once the floor reaches capacity.

How to Secure Your Booth

1. Contact Sales: To discuss availability and lock in your floor presence, please email Reed Warner, Director of Business Development, at rwarner@syta.org.

2. Access the Storefront: Once your booth is confirmed, you will receive access to the CSI Exhibitor Storefront. This secure portal is your primary resource for:

• • Uploading your custom graphics.
  • Ordering booth enhancements, such as TV monitors or collateral racks.
  • Ordering electrical service.
  • Accessing the graphic spec sheet, shipping labels, and full logistics details.
