If you receive a call or e-mail from an outside company stating they can make your reservation and save you money, this is a deceptive practice and is not in any way affiliated with SYTA. Please DO NOT share any information.
HOUSING POLICIES
Registration
Registration is not required to reserve a room, but SYTA will be checking hotel reservation lists against registered attendees. A room reservation is subject to cancellation if a guest has not registered for the conference by June 3, 2026.
Deposit
All hotel reservations for the 2026 SYTA Annual Conference require a credit card to reserve a room, and this credit card may be charged for a deposit equal to a one-night room and tax three weeks prior to the conference.
