Taking Appointments: Includes one book of appointments with suppliers of products and services (hotels, restaurants, destinations, etc.). Each company may have more than one book of appointments.
Rotating/Sharing Appointments: An additional tour operator/buyer sharing the one book of appointments.
Not Taking Appointments: Includes access to annual meeting, general sessions, and networking. Does not include access to business appointments.
SYTA Membership must be current through December 31, 2021 to receive member rate. Membership dues must be paid in full prior to July 1, 2021. If membership dues are not paid by July 1, 2021, registration may be cancelled and registrant will no longer have access to the appointment portal.
Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than June 25, 2021. All cancellations are subject to a 20% administrative fee. SYTA will not issue refunds for registrations after June 25, 2021 however, substitutions without penalty are welcome through July 16, 2021. SYTA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. To be considered for a refund, requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].
Tour operators, receptive tour operators, group travel planners, travel agencies who receive and send students, youth, and school groups domestically and internationally.
