CUSTOMS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION AND PDF FORMS

For anyone shipping to the 2023 STYA Annual Conference in Winnipeg, SYTA has secured ConsultExpo (www.consultexpoinc.com) to assist in getting shipments to Canada and through customs.

ConsultExpo will need the attached PDF ConsultExpo complete forms package forms completed and returned to them for review prior to the materials leaving the USA. For any company requiring ConsultExpo’s services, they will provide a quote for either customs, shipping or both one-way or round-trip. If the quote is accepted, ConsultExpo will proceed with their services. It is important that ConsultExpo be made aware of all shipments coming in so they are prepared to customs clear them into Canada. COURIER SHIPMENT TIPS**If shipping via a courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL you will still require customs clearance services therefore please complete the PDF Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and return to ConsultExpo along with your tracking number.

DELTA and ALT HOTEL INFORMATION

Reservation CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 48 hours before arrival date to cancel without charge.
NAME SUBSTITUTIONS for room(s) must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
All reservations require a DEPOSIT equal to one-night room and tax at the time of booking.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 11:00 p.m.

Complimentary internet is provided for SYTA reserved sleeping rooms.

Note: SYTA is NOT responsible or liable for reimbursement of any hotel expenses incurred as a result of individual or group cancellations or cancellation of the annual conference by SYTA.

BEWARE OF HOUSING SCAMS

Please do not make hotel arrangements or share any personal information through any means other than directly through the hotels. If you receive a call or e-mail from an outside company stating they can make your reservation and save you money, this is a deceptive practice and is not in any way affiliated with SYTA. Please be DO NOT share any information.
