Register

• If you are not a member of SYTA but would like to become one, you will save money on registration. To join, click on the appropriate category below, fill out the application and submit it to [email protected]. When filling out the application, you will have the option of registering for conference at the same time.
• If you are a current member of SYTA, please make sure your dues have been paid and your membership is active. You will need to be renewed to get the member rate.

• Tour operators, travel agencies, and group travel planners – register as a Tour Operator. Tour Operators who take appointments are Buyers.
• Suppliers and sellers of products, services, and destinations – register as a Supplier. Suppliers who take appointments are Sellers.
• Do you fit either category above but only have offices outside of the U.S. – register as an International Affiliate then you’ll select Tour Operator or Supplier.
• If you are an industry partner and currently hold an Allied membership – register as an Allied Organization.

Tour Operators

Tour operators, travel agencies, and group travel planners (buyers) who plan itineraries for student groups and want to meet with suppliers, service providers and business partners. Buyers include tour operators who bring/send student groups from one destination to another.

Suppliers

Destination marketing organizations, convention and visitors bureaus, hotels, attractions, museums, restaurants, motor coach, airlines insurance, receptive tour operators and other suppliers who provide goods and services to tour operators. This includes receptive tour operators who want to meet tour operators who send student groups to their destination.

International Affiliates

This special community is open to Tour operator or Supplier companies with office(s) outside of the United States.

Allied Organizations

Allied organizations support the student and youth travel industry, but do not qualify as a tour operator or supplier. Please contact our membership department at [email protected] or call 703-610-0250 to see if you qualify as an allied member.
