Business Sessions

Annual Conference Presentations are now available for download on the member portal, under the Resources tab.


SYTA’s Business Sessions are the heart of the Annual Conference. SYTA provides six-minute pre-scheduled appointments, where Buyers and Sellers obtain information and create business relationships.

Buyer appointment-taking attendees are seated at individual booths for the six sessions and have appointments: Saturday morning and afternoon, Sunday morning and afternoon, and Monday morning and afternoon with ALL Sellers. Note: There will not be a DMO/CVB/Receptive Operator Only Session this year. 

Sellers are strongly encouraged to attend all business sessions, luncheons, education sessions, and evening events to meet tour operator attendees.

Appointment Schedule Consolidation

Suppliers will see their appointments spread over four business appointment sessions, consolidating them to allow attendance at education sessions and time for meetings outside of the Showcase Floor. NOTE: We cannot confirm appointment sessions prior to releasing final schedules and appointments are selected at random regardless of company type.
