SYF Online Silent Auction and Chance Drawing
The SYF Auction Committee is excited to present this year’s online silent auction and chance drawing. Proceeds raised from these two events provide scholarships and programming for underserved youth to travel.
You can participate by donating or bidding on items in the online silent auction or the chance drawing. Donors and bidders are recognized for their participation.

To donate items, click on the top right corner of the webpage.
Complete all fields and include: item description, estimated value, any restrictions. Donors are encouraged to extend deadline for prize redemption through December 31st, 2021.
- Upload images of your donation.
- Donations should not be shipped to SYF Headquarters.
- Donations should be completed online by July 29. Donations can be accepted through August 9
- Donors and winners are connected through email after the Annual Conference.

- Tickets: Attractions, Broadway Shows, Museums, Sports, Concerts, Tours (Minimum of 2)
- Gift Cards: AMEX, VISA, Restaurants, Movies, Home Depot/Lowes, Brand Name Items (Minimum value of $100)
- Services: Advertising, Special Evening (Chef’s Dinner), Wine Tasting
Chance Drawing – NEW OPPORTUNITY
Attendees purchase tickets onsite and drop their tickets in the prize boxes to win fun prizes.
How to Donate to Chance Drawing:
- Complete the online form confirming your donation by August 1, 2019
- Donations may be shipped to SYTA Headquarters by August 1
- After August 1, donations should be brought to Annual Conference

A team of German rocket scientists transformed Huntsville, known in the 1950s as the “Watercress Capital of the World,” into a technology center that includes the second largest research park in the country and the world’s largest space museum, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
Blastoff attendees will celebrate the start of SYF’s 20th anniversary year with a German Biergarten, featuring authentic German cuisine as they stand beneath the world’s only full-stack space shuttle, complete with two solid rocket boosters and external tank, and walk the length of a suspended authentic Saturn V moon rocket.

The SYTA All Star Band is back on the road and will be playing at this year’s Annual Conference in Birmingham. We are excited to welcome first time DYMO sponsor, Legends Attractions. Tickets are $50.00 and proceeds from DYMO support the SYTA Youth Foundation. A limited number are still available at Registration and at the Door.
