Puerto Rico Lifts Face Mask Rules for the Fully Vaccinated
As of July 5, fully vaccinated people can now enjoy Puerto Rico without face masks, aside from a few exceptions.
At the same time, capacity restrictions are lifting for all businesses. Restaurants, theaters, markets, and so on are all allowed to operate at full capacity, welcoming group travel. That also means attractions and events can be held at full capacity as well!
Public health centers like hospitals and doctors will still require face masks, as well as those younger than 12. And of course, public transportation, airports and airplanes remain under the federal regulation requiring masks of all people.
