SYTA Leadership Symposium
Thank you for registering to attend SYTA’s first Leadership Symposium, January 21-24, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee.
We were excited to see you in person – and the Drury Hotel and Nashville CVC were ready to welcome you with meeting protocols to protect the health and safety of our attendees.
Due to the uncertainty brought by the ever changing travel environment, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Leadership Symposium. Instead we will continue to offer relevant content and meaningful exchanges virtually until we can meet again in person.
If you registered and paid, we will be refunding your full registration. You will receive a separate refund receipt for your records. Please make sure to cancel your room reservations at The Drury Hotel – 615-259-7881.

All cancellations will be refunded in full without penalty by Friday, January 8, 2021. SYTA regrets refunds will not be given for no-shows under any circumstances. To be considered for a refund prior to January 8, 2021 or for any substitutions, requests must be submitted in writing via email [email protected].
In the event SYTA must cancel the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, SYTA will issue a full refund for paid registrations. SYTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any expenses (including but not limited to transportation, hotel, food and beverage, incidentals) incurred by 2021 Leadership Symposium registered attendees as a result of the event cancellation.
SYTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any hotel expenses incurred as a result of individual or group cancellations or cancellation of the conference by SYTA.
