Introducing SYTA’s Tour Operator Forum

The SYTA Board of Directors invites Tour Operators to join them in Orlando September 26-28 for SYTA’s Tour Operator Forum.  This is a first time event for SYTA and we are thrilled to be inviting operators into this discussion.   

As an association and industry that is moving towards post-COVID recovery, we have the opportunity to identify strengths and opportunities for growth.

SYTA was created from the desire to bring integrity and professionalism to our industry. While this goal hasn’t change, as leadership, we find ourselves taking the time to reflect on where we’ve been and where we need to go. Our goal during this two-day meeting is to bring together those who have a vested interest in helping us evolve our association to meet the needs of our membership today and into the future.

By attending, you can expect robust discussions around membership, safety, advocacy and certifications. In addition, we’ll break down insurance and operational standards. Most importantly, all will walk away with valuable input from our key stakeholders on how to proactively facilitate membership needs.

Payment Policy:

For event guarantees and meeting logistics, we are requesting full payment by Friday, September 10, 2021.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations will be refunded in full without penalty by Friday, September 10, 2021. SYTA regrets refunds will not be given for no-shows under any circumstances. To be considered for a refund prior to September 10, 2021 or for any substitutions, requests must be submitted in writing via email [email protected].

Event Cancellation:

In the event SYTA must cancel the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, SYTA will issue a full refund for paid registrations. SYTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any expenses (including but not limited to transportation, hotel, food and beverage, incidentals) incurred by 2021 Tour Operator Forum registered attendees as a result of the event cancellation.

All room rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are currently 13.5% and discounted Resort fee of $15 per room, per night. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

You may also make your reservation by phone. Call 407-479-0950 and mention SYTA to receive the group rate.

Reservations must be made by August 15, 2021 to qualify for the discounted group rate. After that date, group rate is based on availability.

Group rates are available three days before and three days after the conference, based upon availability.

Reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival date to cancel without charge.
