For questions or concerns about traveling with a disability, contact the TSA Cares helpline 72 hours before traveling. TSA Cares answers questions about screening policies, procedures and what to expect at security checkpoints. TSA Cares can arrange assistance for passengers with medical conditions and for injured service members, veterans and wounded warriors. Call 855.787.2227, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and weekends/holidays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time.

Travelers who require special accommodations or have concerns about the airport security screening process can ask a transportation security officer or supervisor for a passenger support specialist, who provides on-the-spot assistance during security screening.
