Tour Operator Forum – Cancelled as of August 30, 2021.

When SYTA announced that the Annual Conference would be virtual again, the Tour Operator Forum was planned in response to members asking to meet together in-person and discuss the challenges they were all facing.

It was the first in a series of small in person events that we were planning to connect our members around the country.  We knew we had to be flexible and react to the changing environment.

Members have indicated that the timing is not right at this time and due to the limited number of registrations, we are canceling the Forum and SYTA Social.

We plan to offer the content virtually over the coming months and look for opportunities to meet in person.

For registered attendees, here is the process for refunds and canceling your hotel reservation. 

Registration

• For those who paid in advance, we will cancel your registration and issue a full refund. You will receive a separate email once it has been processed along with your refund receipt.
• For those who had not paid, we will cancel your registration and no further action is needed.

Hotel Reservations

If you made a hotel reservation directly with Margaritaville, please call them directly, 407-479-0950, to cancel the reservation.
