Tour Operators – Complimentary

Complimentary Forum registration includes Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday General Sessions and Luncheon and Wednesday Breakfast with the Board. The Tuesday SYTA Social is a ticketed event for an additional $50. A special hotel room rate is available at the Westin Times Square for Forum attendees.  Hotel reservation information can be found here.

Payment Policy:

For event guarantees and meeting logistics, we are requesting full payment by Monday, January 17, 2022.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations will be refunded in full without penalty by Monday, January 17, 2022. SYTA regrets refunds will not be given for no-shows under any circumstances. To be considered for a refund prior to Monday, January 17, 2022 or for any substitutions, requests must be submitted in writing via email registration@syta.org.

Event Cancellation:

In the event SYTA must cancel the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, SYTA will issue a full refund for paid registrations. SYTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any expenses (including but not limited to transportation, hotel, food and beverage, incidentals) incurred by 2022 Tour Operator Forum registered attendees as a result of the event cancellation.
